Return and Refunds :
All the organic products and health supplements are not allowed to return or refund, The customer must confirm the order upon receiving and shouldn’t accept if the product seal is broken or damaged, in such cases the customer must notify nabatey within 24hrs after receiving the shipment, beyond that the item/product will be ineligible for refund or exchange. The customer can cancel the order any time before receiving the "order shipped" email. thereafter, cancellation is not allowed.
Return and full refund will be made on below given cases :
If damaged product bottle/packing is delivered (full refund or free replacement will be made if found).
If expired item is delivered (full refund or free replacement will be made if found).
If wrong item is delivered (full refund or free replacement will be made if found).
If wrong packing/labelling is placed (full refund or free replacement will be made if found).
If order delivered to wrong destination and delivery address (full refund or free replacement will be made if found).
The refunds will be made to the original credit card within 15 days (depending on the bank).
The customers will be notified once the refund process initiated.
Nabatey won't shoulder any liability on the refund charges raised by credit card issuer.
Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card that was used while placing the order, no cash bank transferred, or refund to different cards is allowed.
Nabatey is providing worldwide delivery service to it's customer, our system is linked with universal live delivery system of DHL and Aramex, we've provided an open option to our customers to choose the most suitable delivery option for them. Live quotes can be acquired during the ordering process for the delivery address. nabatey has integreted it's store with both DHL and Aramex live tracking system. The customer will automatically notified with the live tracking number once his/her item is shipped.
Nabatey is providing real time delivery rates, unlike other merchants, we don't adjust delivery charges in the products price to give lower shipping quotes. The shipping cost will be fully bear by the customer. The shipping cost will be refunded only if the case met with our return or and refund criteria.
We are also offering free shipments on promo items and in promotion seasons.
Local deliveries (with UAE ) will be delivered within (3 working days) Maximum.
International deliveries ( outside UAE ) will be delivered within (7 working days) Maximum.
Our delivery team will contact customer in his/her country once they reach the delivery address. If the customer failed to meet. we will make 2 more attempts to reach the customer, thereafter, the shipment will be held in local facility of the service provider for 20 days. Beyond that the item will be destroyed or returned back to nabatey (depends on the order situation).
